I Didn’t Expect the Women on My Trip to Be Filled Like This

When I first began planning and organizing my all-women’s trip, I imagined it to be a space for connection, rest, and fun. This idea was born from my many years of traveling and my passion for empowering women to do the same if they are feel called to. But I was surprised that when I started getting feedbacks and testimonials from the women I traveled with, they are telling me about this feeling of being filled.

I didn’t expect the kind of transformation that took place. I didn’t expect the way women—most of them strangers at first—would open, soften, and shine. I didn’t expect them to say things like:

“I haven’t felt this full in years.”

“I feel transformed emotionally and physically.”

“This wasn’t just a trip. It was a coming home to myself.”

What started as a simple idea—gathering women for connection, nature, and a break from the noise—became something sacred. We created space not just for adventure, but for remembering who we are underneath the roles, routines, and responsibilities.

We danced barefoot. We cried over sunsets. We held each other’s stories with tenderness and without judgment. And somehow, without trying too hard, every single woman left lighter, fuller, and more alive.

I watched their eyes brighten. I watched their posture shift. I watched the masks fall away.

And the thing is: they didn’t come looking for a grand transformation. Some just needed rest. Others were craving connection. Most didn’t realize how empty they’d been feeling—until they were filled in a way they’d never known possible.

And I get it now.

This is what happens when women come together with openness and intention.

This is what happens when we unplug from the world and plug into each other.

This is what happens when we let ourselves be seen—really seen.

I didn’t expect this. But I’ll never forget it.

And more than anything, this experience reminded me:

Beautiful things can happen—unexpected, heart-opening, life-giving things—when you pour your whole heart and soul into something.

If your heart is feeling the pull, we’d love for you to experience it too.

Check out our upcoming women’s trip here — your cup deserves to be full.
