What goes into planning a retreat?

A lot more than choosing beautiful places. ✨


Sure, I spend hours researching charming hotels, cozy villas, hidden restaurants, and scenic hiking trails. But what I spend the most time thinking about is how the trip will feel.



When I'm planning a retreat, I'm asking myself things like:


☕ Is there time for slow mornings and unrushed coffee?


🥾 Is there enough adventure to spark excitement and confidence?


💛 Will there be space for meaningful conversations and genuine connection?


🌿 Is there room to rest, recharge, and simply be?


🍷 Are we creating opportunities for laughter, stories, and shared memories around the table?


✨ Will there be those little moments that end up becoming the ones everyone remembers?



Behind every retreat is a lot of research, spreadsheets, emails, and logistics. But it's also a lot of daydreaming.


I imagine the women who will be there.


The friendships that will form.


The moments of courage, joy, and connection.


The feeling of coming home just a little lighter than when you left.


Because the goal isn't to fill every minute of the itinerary.


It's to create an experience that feels good while you're in it—and stays with you long after you return home. 💫
