Day 1- May 30
WELCOME TO SICILY
You’ve just landed in Sicily and made your way towards the charming village of Milo, where our stunning accommodations offer a sweeping 180-degree view of the sea. After settling in, we’ll come together for our first evening as a group — sharing a lovely dinner with chilled prosecco in hand to toast new friendships and the unforgettable days ahead. It’s the perfect start to a week filled with beauty, connection, and adventure

Day 2 - May 31
TAORMINA'S CHARM
We’ll begin the morning with a private walking tour of Taormina, one of Sicily’s most captivating towns. Meander through elegant streets lined with boutiques, admire historic churches, and take in the sweeping views from the ancient Greek theater.
The late morning and afternoon are yours — shop, enjoy lunch at a café, or simply soak up the lively atmosphere. In the evening, we’ll reunite for an Italian dinner, sampling delicious wine and pasta from a locally owned trattoria.

Day 3 - June 1
FLAVORS OF SICILY
Our day begins immersed in the heart of Sicilian culture as we join local hosts in a small village for a hands-on cooking experience. Together, we’ll prepare traditional recipes, share stories, and savor the meal we’ve created — a true celebration of the region’s flavors and hospitality.
We'll return to our gorgeous villa afterwards to rest and relax, catch the sunset over Mt. Etna in anticipation of our gorgeous hiking the next day!

Day 4 - June 2
THE SLOPES OF ETNA
Today is all about immersing ourselves in the raw beauty of Mount Etna. We’ll explore the mountain on foot, hiking up to 2100 meters across sweeping lava fields and otherworldly lunar landscapes shaped by centuries of eruptions. Along the way, we’ll visit the dramatic 2002 craters and take in expansive volcanic panoramas from the northern slopes. The surreal landscapes, fragrant pine forests, and rich volcanic history make this an unforgettable adventure.
We’ll also venture inside a lava tube, equipped with helmets and torches, experiencing firsthand the fascinating underground world formed by flowing magma. This is a fully on-foot adventure allowing us to truly connect with Etna’s wild, powerful terrain.

Day 5 - June 3
REST DAY & TAORMINA UNDER THE STARS
Today is for deep rest. Begin with gentle movement and meditation by the pool, followed by a leisurely morning in your swimsuit or coziest clothes — a true permission slip to recharge.
In the late afternoon, we’ll head to Taormina for a delicious dinner, savoring the flavors of Sicily. Afterward, we’ll make our way to the Teatro Nazarena in the heart of Taormina to enjoy an evening of authentic Italian opera performances — an unforgettable cultural experience to close the day.

Day 6 - June 4
FOOD & WINE OF SICILY
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at our private villa, gathering together and soaking in the peaceful Sicilian countryside before heading out for the day.
Later, we’ll venture into the Mount Etna region for a curated food and wine experience. Traveling through charming villages and volcanic landscapes, we’ll visit a family-run winery to learn about the area’s unique terroir and enjoy a guided tasting of regional wines paired with local specialties.
We’ll continue on to a rustic countryside farmhouse for more authentic flavors and warm hospitality before returning to the villa, savoring a beautiful day immersed in the tastes and traditions of Sicily.

Day 7 - June 5
COASTAL CRUISING & SWIMMING
Today, we’ll board our private boat and cruise along Sicily’s breathtaking coastline, gliding past charming seaside towns and hidden coves.
Swim in crystal-clear waters, explore sea caves only accessible by boat, and relax on deck with a glass of prosecco in hand. It’s a day of pure coastal bliss. That evening, enjoy a relaxed dinner in town, savoring the best of Sicilian flavors.
In the evening, we’ll gather one last time under the Sicilian night sky for stargazing and a heartfelt closing circle — a beautiful way to reflect on the memories, connections, and magic of our week together.
