Calling all Adventurous women!: Connect with the elements of earth, wind, fire, and water in Oaxaca, Mexico
November 14-19, 2023

Calling all adventurous women!

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey to the enchanting land of Oaxaca? Join us for a one-of-a-kind women's retreat, where we will connect with the elements of earth, wind, fire, and water, and discover the true power within ourselves.

I will be Co-hosting with my soulful friend, Isa. Isa is a Mexico City native and she’s excited to guide us through one of her favorite cities and surrounding area in Mexico!

Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes of Oaxaca, a place where ancient traditions and natural wonders intertwine. This retreat is designed to provide a safe and nurturing space for women to explore their inner selves, rejuvenate their spirits, and forge lifelong connections with like-minded women.

EARTH: Connect with the grounding energy of the Oaxaca as we get acquainted with the city and learn about their long history with clay crafts.

WATER: Dive deep into the healing waters of Oaxaca's natural springs and waterfalls, Hierve El Agua, the petrified waterfalls. Following the waterfalls, we will learn all about Mezcal and it’s long history.

FIRE: Ignite your inner fire through a cooking workshop, market tour and rituals, embracing Oaxaca’s culture. We will be led by Chef Alejandro Ruiz with dinner to follow.

WIND: Harness the power of the wind as we practice meditation amidst the gentle breeze, finding balance and tranquility in our minds and bodies. We will let the wind blow us into the shopping markets, museums and textile tours.

We will commemorate our time in Oaxaca with a cacao ceremony & Temazcal ceremony led by a Toltec Shaman.

This retreat is not just about exploring the elements; it's about celebrating the strength of womanhood, and supporting each other on our individual journeys. Together, we will create a sisterhood that uplifts and empowers, fostering a sense of unity and love that will continue long after our time in Oaxaca.

So, if you're ready to embark on a life-changing adventure, surrounded by the beauty of nature and like-minded women, join us for this unforgettable retreat in Oaxaca.

Lea and Isa met at a surf and yoga retreat in Ecuador. Their shared love of food, adventure, good vibes, and Mexico bonded them immediately.

Isabela is a Mexico City native and will lead our group with vigor.

She has a wild heart and an infectious spirit.  She's a biophilic person and she like to generate real and empathetic bonds.  Isa is a publicist by profession and after dedicating herself to the corporate world for ten years carrying out communication and marketing strategies, she decided to embark on a journey of self-discovery and freedom near the beach, where she has dedicated her time to experiment with ancestral medicines, holistic practices and to connect with her roots and Mexican traditions.  She is currently dedicated to studying the benefits of mexican cacao and psilocybin as a healing tool and also leads her own interior design business.

Lea is a natural connector of people, which led to her creating a business for like-minded women with her travel company Sunny & Turquoise. She loves to bring women on adventures around the world to connect with themselves.
