DAILY ITINERARY

DAY 1 - ARRIVE, GROUND & GATHER UNDER THE STARS
Arrive in Grand Junction this afternoon, where airport pickups will be waiting to bring you to our serene lake house retreat. Settle in, meet the friendly animals, and take in the peaceful surroundings before gathering for our opening welcome circle and a gentle Yin yoga session to ground into the weekend. As the sun sets, we’ll share our first dinner together and unwind beneath the stars by the fire—a perfect start to our Colorado escape.
DAY 2 - HEALING THROUGH MOVEMENT, WINE & CONNECTION

The day begins with morning meditation, yoga, and breathwork led by Krissy and Marcy, followed by a nourishing breakfast at the lake house. Afterward, Kiersten will guide a heartfelt grief and somatic breathing workshop designed to help you move energy and emotions through the body. Midday, we’ll head to downtown Palisade to explore its charming boutiques, art galleries, and cozy coffee shops, with lunch on your own in town.
In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a tasting at Blue Beryl Winery, a women-owned gem run by a mother–daughter duo whose creativity flows into every glass. Our evening concludes with dinner at Fidel’s Cocina & Bar, where fresh, seasonal dishes and a lively atmosphere invite connection and joy.

DAY 3 - HIKE, RELEASE & STARGAZE IN THE CANYONS
We’ll begin the morning with meditation, yoga, and breathwork to welcome the day in presence and peace, followed by breakfast at the lake house. After another reflective grief workshop, enjoy free time to rest, journal, or connect over a light lunch before we set off for a breathtaking hike through the Colorado National Monument—a landscape of dramatic red rock canyons and sweeping vistas.
Dinner tonight will be at Moody’s Speak Easy and Lounge in Grand Junction, where we’ll savor delicious food and conversation before gathering again by the fire for stargazing and storytelling under the Colorado sky.

DAY 4 - SOAK, REFLECT & CELEBRATE YOUR TRANSFORMATION
This morning brings one last opportunity to center yourself through meditation, yoga, and breathwork before breakfast at the lake house. The morning’s grief workshop and reflective journaling session will offer space to process, release, and integrate all that’s unfolded. The afternoon invites rest and connection, followed by a rejuvenating soak at Iron Mountain Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs—where mineral pools overlook the Colorado River and surrounding mountains.
As evening falls, we’ll share a celebratory farewell dinner at Riviera Supper Club & Scratch Kitchen, a warm and creative culinary gem. The night concludes with our closing circle—filled with hugs, gratitude, and reflection—as you meet the renewed version of yourself, grounded in love, connection, and community. ✨

DAY 5 - MORNING PEACE, GRATITUDE & GOODBYES
For those who wish, we’ll offer an optional early meditation and gentle movement session before breakfast and coffee overlooking the peaceful lake. Then, with hearts full and spirits refreshed, we’ll say our goodbyes as departures and airport transfers begin.

Lea (Host, Sunny & Turquoise) is a travel coach, business innovator, and adventure enthusiast who has been leading women’s travel groups for over 12 years. As the founder of Sunny & Turquoise, she brings a lifetime of global experiences to every journey she curates.
Her style of travel is rooted in genuine connection—to yourself, to the women who travel beside you, and to the places you explore together. Krissy (Leader, B-1 Yoga) is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and 95-hour certified kids yoga teacher with over two decades of experience in health and wellness. Eight years ago, yoga became more than a practice—it became her anchor. Through her husband’s illness and eventual passing, she found that movement, breath, and stillness could hold both grief and gratitude at the same time.
Now, as the owner of B-1 Yoga, Krissy shares yoga not just as physical practice, but as a path toward healing, resilience, and renewal. Her compassionate presence and lived experience invite others to honor life’s hardest moments while rediscovering beauty, connection, and joy along the way.
Kiersten (Guest Leader, B-1 Yoga) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and wellness coach whose work weaves together trauma recovery, embodiment, and spiritual transformation. She helps clients access the inherent wisdom of their bodies, healing stored trauma and stress as they come to know both the wounded and the healer within.
Through this holistic lens, Kiersten honors healing as a process that involves the body, mind, and spirit. Guided by cultural humility, she remains committed to decolonizing herself and her approach to therapy.
