WHY BOOK THIS RETREAT?

This year, our SoulScape Retreat takes on a deeper layer of healing, balance, and connection. Inspired by Krissy’s Grief & Gratitude work and Kiersten’s expertise in somatic and nervous system health, we’ll explore how the emotions we carry—grief, change, or simply the weight of daily life—can open the door to gratitude and growth.

This retreat is all about balance. We’ll stretch, breathe, hike, reflect—and also sip wine, dance, laugh, and let go a little. Through yoga, meditation, and mindful practices, we’ll reconnect with our bodies and celebrate the beauty of being fully alive.

Tending to our nervous system in community reminds us we’re not meant to move through life alone. SoulScape is your invitation to pause, exhale, and rediscover yourself—mind, body, and spirit—in the heart of Colorado’s wine country.

Join us in Colorado’s wine country this spring for a retreat that’s more than an escape—it’s a coming home to yourself. Spaces are limited, and each one is meant for the woman who feels that quiet “yes” in her heart.
